Presented interactive prototypes to the CEO, Head of Development & Head of Sales. This helped to communicate design functionality and improve team alignment when building new products and features.
Led 50+ projects end-to-end, from discovery, through to ideation, testing and validation; all with a focus on user-centred design and improving the overall user experience.
Built a scalable UI design system within Figma and collaborated with development teams to build a code-based version. This improved output quality and reduced costly rework.
Conducted UX research to build contextual understanding of the problem space. This ensured we were solving the right problems for users.
