Trusted by industry-leading Retail, Institutional, and Private Banking Firms, the StoneShot Platform helps busy financial services marketing teams increase engagement and elevate the client experience whilst minimising operational inefficiencies.

I have delivered 40+ projects, from discrete feature improvements through to innovative new products, progressively building value in support of over 2,000 customer marketing events.
I identify customer requirements and translate them into high value solutions to solve our customer’s key challenges. I regularly run research sessions and usability workshops with customers such as HSBC Asset Management, BNP Paribas and Legal & General.
I established the StoneShot Design System from the ground up, including the foundational tokens, semantic variables, components, patterns and then collaborated with our engineering team to build the coded UI library. This resulted in ~30% faster design output and 100% adoption of the coded UI library across engineering; improving the consistency of new design solutions.
I led the design of an events management mobile app used globally by our customers’ marketing teams, including HSBC, BNP Paribas, Insight Investment, Quilter, W1M and Erste. The app is critical for attendee tracking and lead generation at multiple financial asset management events. The product required an intuitive design and to support customers that operate in a highly regulated industry, with strict accessibility, security and compliance requirements.
I designed key integration (API) solutions for the Platform, including LinkedIn, Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Dynamics. These projects required detailed competitor research and proficiency utilising design and project management tools such as Figma, Trello and Slite. I mapped process flows, designed wireframes, built interactive prototypes, conducted user testing and iterated on feedback from stakeholders. These solutions provide customers with a unified and reliable data source, near real-time data sync, and immediate lead nurturing within the workflow.
I employ a combination of AI tools in my work, including Claude for synthesising and research, Figma Make for design ideation, and Microsoft Copilot for workflow efficiencies. AI tools allow me to accelerate concept exploration, generate design variations and iterate upon solutions.

Junior Product Designer - Maglabs

Maglabs is a technology design agency serving global clients across a variety of sectors.

I presented interactive prototypes to customers in workshops, gathering feedback and iterating on designs. I identified opportunities for new features that would deliver value to customers.
I researched, wire-framed and prototyped an AR mobile app, working closely with development teams to identify feasibility and constraints, and deliver designs within project scope.

Web Designer - Veratrak

Veratrak provide a secure collaboration platform, streamlining auditable data exchange within complex supply chain networks, all tailored to strict regulatory demands of the life sciences industry.

I closely collaborated with stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Marketing and Operations, presenting ideas, design progress and aligning on direction in a fast-moving environment.
I was solely responsible for designing and building the company website using Figma & WordPress. I mapped information architecture and the user journeys and built the branded design system. My re-design resulted in successful communication of services on offer and the generation of new customer leads.
I led the design of the visual branding that was utilised throughout all social media, web marketing and printed media at pharmaceutical marketing events. This resulted in a unified brand presence and helped to build credibility with customers and new prospects.
